We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst (Fresher) to join our banking operations team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in the financial services sector, focusing on UPI reconciliation and digital payment operations. The selected candidate will be trained to perform reconciliation tasks, support daily operations, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily UPI transaction reconciliations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support in identifying and reporting discrepancies in transactions.
- Prepare and update basic reconciliation reports for internal use.
- Learn and adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in banking operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide support in handling customer queries related to UPI transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn reconciliation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
